Candlewood Suites St. Robert by IHG

This is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in! It was an amazing reprieve from our cross-country move. We were welcomed by Alyssa, the most helpful, friendly amazing person. She set the tone for a perfect stay. If there is an award for best hotel employee ever, it should go to her. The room was spotless and equipped with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and very comfortable beds. The bathroom had a great shower and a large array of Dove products. There was an awesome laundry room with new machines to do laundry for free, a lending area with games and cooking appliances, a store with lots of food items, and free coffee, hot chocolate, tea, sewing kits and toiletries. I have stayed in four-star resorts that were not as spotless and well staffed as this location.

This is a stop and stay for my husband and I alot as we travel pretty much non stop. They just remodeled not to long ago and the rooms are very nice . All the workers are super nice and very friendly. If you need something extra they get right on it trying to get you what you need. So if you are passing thru make this a stop ! We just left for the 2nd time in a month traveling to Reno Nevada and now back to Michigan . Our stays are normally about 2 weeks at a time. Love the location and it's not noisy there either . Super quiet and do have great security cameras to see everything outside and hallways .

Chris is the manager on duty he was amazing! He made sure we had our points and recommended a awesome hibachi restaurant close by as well as letting us know about all amenities! I wish I could give 10 stars I'm a sucker for great customer service! 10 out of 10

I couldn’t be happier with my stay at Candlewood Suites in St. Robert. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and taken care of, and it was clear they truly care about their guests. The room itself was spotless, spacious, and felt like a home away from home. The full kitchenette was a huge plus – perfect for longer stays or just wanting the convenience of cooking your own meals. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept better here than I do at most hotels. What stood out most was how thoughtful the amenities were. The lending locker with extra appliances and items, the well-stocked fitness room, and the free laundry facilities really set this hotel apart. It’s obvious Candlewood Suites is designed with the traveler in mind, whether you’re staying a night or a month. The location is also perfect – close to Fort Leonard Wood, restaurants, and shopping, yet quiet enough to relax without distractions. Overall, my experience at Candlewood Suites in St. Robert was outstanding. The combination of friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and convenient amenities made this a stay I will definitely repeat. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area – whether for business, training, or leisure – you won’t be disappointed!

My experience at Candlewood Suites off-post was very good. The staff was awesome and VERY accommodating. The room was clean and had some essentials if you needed to make yourself something to eat. The outside grill and laundry made my stay even more convenient.

The staff were all very welcoming and accommodating. The location was close to everything I needed during this extended stay. Room service was consistent and predictable. I’d 100% stay here again if work brought me out this way again!

This location is an exceptional one on several different levels. 1)the rooms are amazing. Everything is up to date and works great. Beds comfortable, rooms clean and tidy when we arrived. Plenty of hot water and clean towels. The full kitchenettes with dishwasher, disposal and full size fridge. Nice cook top and microwave as well. 2) the staff here are all super helpful and kind. Every time I needed anything or had a question the helped me with a smile. Knowledgeable about local attractions and eaterys. The hotel had all the amenities we needed while we stayed here for a week. This would be nice to even stay longer.

I have to say that this location found a true gem when they hired Alyssa. She was wonderful at check in had a pleasant disposition and was helpful with all my inquiries. The rooms were clean and well maintained.
